Sambar Pack
The heart of every South Indian meal
About This Recipe
Sambar is the soul of South Indian cooking — a rich lentil and vegetable stew simmered with tamarind and aromatic spices. Our pack eliminates all prep work, letting you focus only on the joy of cooking and eating.

From your kitchen: cooking oil, water, and salt — that's all you'll need.

Simmer on medium heat for 15–18 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Heat oil in a small pan, add tempering mix and curry leaves, then pour into the sambar.
Add salt to taste, stir, and serve hot with rice, idli, or dosa.
