Step-by-Step Guide

Add the coconut pieces, green chilli, and roasted gram dal to a blender.
Add a pinch of salt and a small splash of water. Blend to a smooth paste.
Transfer to a bowl.
Heat oil in a small pan, add the mustard seeds, urad dal, jeera, and curry leaves from the pack.
Pour the tempering over the chutney, stir, and serve immediately.
